PAYMENT
All purchases are made through Etsy.com. For more information on Etsy, please see their FAQ. You need an Etsy account to order products, but setting one up is easy and only takes a moment. BuzzLoves.com accepts credit cards through PayPal only. PayPal is a free, secure service to make payments on the web and you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service. PayPal will add 7.25% sales tax to all shipments in California. Shipments to addresses outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped USPS, first class mail. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Shipping costs are indicated per product on Etsy.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 10 days of delivery. Once the product is returned to us in original packaging and condition, your full cost will be refunded, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be completed within seven days of receipt of your return. Please email with any questions or concerns: returns@buzzloves.com.

Buzzloves.com respects your privacy and will never give or sell your information to anyone else. Information given at the time of your purchase will be used for your order only. We will never share your email address with anyone. Information collected for our newsletter is used solely by BuzzLoves.com and will not be shared in any way with outside parties.
